    On a rainy April Friday, students at Hinsdale Central High School were digging holes to plant seeds and perennials near the rain gardens along 55th Street. The hope is that this summer, the plants will help sustain monarch butterflies and other pollinators.     The DuPage County Health Department reported 77 new cases of COVID-19 in Hinsdale over the past week. That brings the total number of cases in the DuPage County portion of Hinsdale to 3,513, compared to 3,436 last week.
