    Seventy-four Hinsdale residents have tested positive for COVID-19 over the past week. The DuPage County Health Department reported 66 new cases and the Cook County Health Department reported eight new cases. That brings the total number of reported cases in the village to 561, up from 487 last week. Amita Hinsdale Hospital was treating 24 confirmed COVID-19 patients and nine patients awaiting test results on Wednesday, a spokeswoman said.     The Community Consolidated District 181 Board Monday night approved a tentative 2020 tax levy. But the ultimate amount sought could hinge on figures not yet known.
