    Forty-six Hinsdale residents have tested positive for COVID-19 over the past week. The DuPage County Health Department reported 36 new cases, and the Cook County Health Department reported 10 new cases. That brings the total number of reported cases in the village to 943, up from 897 last week. Amita Hinsdale Hospital was treating 15 confirmed COVID-19 patients and had seven patients awaiting test results on Tuesday, a spokeswoman said.     Due to the pandemic, Hinsdale’s revenues declined by $1.9 million in 2020. Sales tax, food and beverage tax and parking permit revenues all declined dramatically.
