The Hinsdale Parks and Recreation Department held its first handmade ornament contest this year. More than 50 ornaments were received and now hang from several trees in Burlington Park. Heather Brereckis and Sammy Hanzel spent time in the park recently hanging the creations for all to see. (Jim Slonoff photos)
