DUI arrests • Joanne Weitzler, 49, 4955 Spring Road, Oak Lawn, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and operating a vehicle in unsafe condition at 5:32 p.m. March 17 in the 300 block of East Ogden Avenue.     Thirteen Hinsdale residents have tested positive for COVID-19 over the past week. The DuPage County Health Department reported an increase of 11 cases, and the Cook County Health Department reported two new cases. That brings the total number of reported cases in the village to 3,614, compared to 3,601 last week. Amita Hinsdale Hospital had one confirmed COVID-19 patient and no patients awaiting test results as of Wednesday, a spokeswoman said.
