    Carmela Martini, 62, died April 15, 2022. Carmela grew up in Clarendon Hills and graduated from Hinsdale Central High School. She went on to earn degrees in marketing and journalism from Southern Methodist University. She was a collegiate and alumnae officer with the Delta Gamma Women’s Fraternity and served on their National Council as vice president of membership and vice president of communications.
