JoAnn Willand, 67, of Hinsdale passed away July 30, 2019.
She was born in Chicago in 1951 to Charles and Paula Artinger and graduated from Chicago Vocational School.
She was a member and retired employee of Hinsdale Covenant Church. She enjoyed crafting, gardening, baking and helping with church events. She will be remembered for her generosity, humor and love for her family, friends and pets.
She is survived by her spouse of 46 years, John; her son Michael (Julie Knudson); her sister, Carol (the late Ray) Mampe; her sisters-in-law, Judy O'Brien and Dorothy (John) Smith; and her brother-in-law, Tony Willand.
A celebration of life service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug, 10, at Hinsdale Covenant Church, 412 S. Garfield St.
