    Hinsdale vehicle sticker and animal tags will go on sale Friday, March 1. Applications will arrive in the mailboxes of previously registered Hinsdale residents in early March. Stickers and tags must be displayed by May 1, or a $25 late fee will be imposed. All vehicles registered in the state of Illinois with a Hinsdale address must also be registered with the village through the purchase of a vehicle sticker.     Sales tax revenue in Hinsdale is up and vacant storefronts are relatively low, according to the village’s latest economic development report. At yesterday’s quarterly economic development commission meeting, commissioners learned that last year’s third quarter sales tax receipts totaled $1.55 million, a nearly $3,000 increase from the same period in 2022.
