    DuPage County State’s Attorney Robert Berlin and Hinsdale Police Chief Brian King announced Tuesday that bond has been set for a Chicago man accused of illegally possessing a fully loaded firearm and fleeing from police stemming from an incident early Monday.     Rudy E. Sabbagha, M.D., 89, died November 15, 2020, in Chicago. Dr. Sabbagha was born in 1931 in Israel to Elias C. Sabbagha, M.D., and Sonia Boulos Sabbagha. Dr. Sabbagha served as medical director of the Obstetrics and Gynecologic Ultrasound Center in Chicago and was professor emeritus at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine.
