    Jang Suk "John" Chae died Nov. 21, 2021. John brought his family from Seoul, Korea, in 1970 and owned several camera stores and dry cleaning businesses before finally retiring at the age of 67. He was faithful to his church, loved and prayed daily for his family and enjoyed gardening. DUI arrests • Joseph De La Cruz, 46, 8300 Collie Ave., Morton Grove, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and having no headlights or taillights displayed at 12:45 a.m. Nov. 13 in the 400 block of East Ogden Avenue.
