Monday's solar eclipse provided a perfect backdrop for students across Hinsdale. At the Hinsdale Middle School, they gathered on the athletic field to view the partial eclipse, whose path of totality extended through the southern part of the state. Among those watching were Sabrina Jacobsen and Jaqueline Zoberis. Teacher Lisa Powers checked out the eclipse with Reese Myhra while Lino Hernandez, Axl Holmes, Ethan Smith and Sam Han glanced up.
