Hinsdale police distributed the following reports March 5.

DUI arrest

Yolanda Diaz, 43, 1539 N. Artesian Ave., Chicago, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol content higher than .08, improper lane use, speeding, disobeying a lane control signal and transportation or possession of open alcohol by a driver at 3:27 a.m. March 2 at Ogden Avenue and Route 83. She submitting testing that indicated she was over the legal limit before being charged and released to appear in court.

Retail thefts

Someone was observed on surveillance video taking bottles of alcohol from Whole Foods, 500 E. Ogden Ave., without paying for them at 7:51 p.m. Feb. 20 and 8:26 p.m. Feb. 28.
