BROKERS CLOSE RECORD SALE

Brokers Anna Fiascone and Natalie Ryan of the Hinsdale office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago sold their listing at 15W181 87th Street in Burr Ridge for $5.1 million Aug. 18, the highest priced single family home sale in DuPage County this year according to MRED.

Terri Doney, managing broker of the office, offered her congratulations.

“As you can imagine, this property required a special, very hands-on approach, and they did an amazing job of both representing their client and marketing the home and property,” she said. “And the fact that it’s a record sale really makes it a special deal all the way around.”

The 15,000-square-foot custom home sits on 3.2 acres.

“In addition to being happy for our client, we are happy for the buyers,” Fiascone said. “They will have an amazing place to call home.”
