This year's theme for the Union Church Vacation Bible School was "Hero Hotline - Called together to serve God." With a week long filled with activities such as music, drama, storytelling games, arts and crafts, and snacks, the kids learned that heroes are called to follow Jesus, help others, work together, listen to God and show grace. The camp ended in a concert for their families. Rosemary Burke, Emilia Diaz and Bear Segerson, along with their other 4- and 5-year-old friends sang the "Hero's Medley" to the audience.
