The Hinsdalean - Community journalism the way it was meant to be

The Illinois Chess Teachers held their ICT State Championship last month at The Community House. Students were grouped in six sections from kindergarten through middle school. Hinsdale students competed against students from throughout the district and Chicagoland as well. Harry Abramson captured Jane Bazan's king in their match.
