Hinsdale police distributed the following reports March 28.
Stolen vehicle arrest
Davion D. Johnson-Lewis, 27, 109 Symonds Dr., PO Box 634, Hinsdale, was arrested for felony possession of a stolen motor vehicle and unlawful use of a weapon at 8:46 p.m. on March 26 in the 600 block of West Ogden Ave. A registration inquiry showed the vehicle had been reported stolen out of Chicago. He was found to be in possession of brass knuckles in the center console of the vehicle. He was charged and transported to DuPage County Jail.
Retail theft
A known suspect stole approximately $125 worth of products from Whole Foods at 500 E. Ogden Ave. at 1:57 p.m. on March 25 and fled the area. The case is pending.
Hit and Run
A victim reported a known suspect driving a black Volkswagen rear-ended her and fled the scene at Ogden Avenue and Madison Street on March 25 at 10:49 p.m. No injuries were reported. The case is pending.
DUI arrest
Tiara B. Colbert, 32, 1600 Ontarioville Rd., Hanover Park, was arrested for DUI–Alcohol, DUI > .08, unlawful possession of cannabis by driver, speeding, operating an uninsured vehicle, failure to signal changing lanes, improper lane use and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident on March 24 at 4:11 a.m. She was stopped after crashing into the concrete median at Illinois 83 and 55th Street. She was charged and released to appear in court.
