Telecommunications equipment that had to be removed from the village standpipe so it could be painted has been relocated on this monopole. The village is spending $1.2 million to have the 1956 standpipe near Hinsdale Central rehabilitated, including a full blast/recoating of the interior and exterior, along with several other smaller improvements.
