The Hinsdalean - Community journalism the way it was meant to be

The DuPage County Health Department reported 19 new cases of COVID-19 in Hinsdale over the past week, bringing the total number of cases in the DuPage County portion of Hinsdale to 4,417, compared to 4,398. The Cook County Health Department no longer reports on cases specific to Hinsdale.

The community level remains at medium in DuPage County.

District 181 reported seven new cases Jan. 10-17, including two students, two teachers and three staff. The district has reported a total of 184 cases since school opened.

District 86 reported no new student cases at Hinsdale Central Jan. 13.
