Janice Claire Snyder, nee Keene, 76, of Hinsdale died Dec. 12, 2022.
Janice was a longtime elementary and high school teacherthroughout the area, impacting and touching the lives of numerous students to whom she was dedicated.
She is survived by her husband, Jeremy E. Snyder; her children, Susanna (Jim) Houska and Matthew (Juliette) Snyder; her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Olivia, Mary Grace, Jim, Maggie, Nolan, Liam, Jack and Charlie; her siblings, John Keene, Bill (Joan) Keene and Mary L. (the late Gibson) Fagan; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation is from 2 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 18, at Sullivan Funeral Home, 60 S. Grant St. Hinsdale.
Friends and family will gather at 9:15 a.m. Monday, Dec. 19, at the funeral home to proceed to a 10 a.m. Mass at St. Isaac Jogues Church, 306 W. Fourth St., Hinsdale.
Interment is at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Alsip.
