Hinsdale police distributed the following reports Nov. 15.
Disorderly conduct arrest
Grant L. Miller, 66, 309 W. 59th St., Hinsdale, was arrested for disorderly conduct for attempting to enter an apartment after allegedly hearing an altercation at 8:45 a.m. Nov. 10 in the 300 block of West 59th Street. The victims pushed the door closed to prevent his entrance. He was charged and released to appear in court.
Thefts reported
• Four bottles of liquor worth $387.44 were taken from Whole Foods, 500 E. Ogden Ave., at 12:20 p.m. Nov. 7. An employee saw the suspect take the bottles off the shelves and leave without paying.
• Someone took two packages delivered to a home in the 400 block of Bonnie Brae Road between 3 and 7 p.m. Nov. 11.
Residential burglary
Jewelry was taken from a home in the 10 block of West 55th Street between 9 a.m. Nov. 11 and 8 p.m. Nov. 12. The victims were not home at the time.
Order of protection violated
A resident of the 800 block of South Madison Street reported that a known suspect called her phone between Nov. 2 and 8 in violation of an order of protection.
