Hinsdale police distributed the following reports Nov. 17.

Driver wanted on warrant

Charles Davies, 56, 2435 W. Lunt Ave., Chicago, was stopped for speeding when police learned he had a suspended drivers license and an outstanding warrant at 5:20 a.m. Nov. 8 in the 500 block of East Ogden Avenue. He was taken to DuPage County Jail.

Driver has suspended license

Danielle Rowe, 27, 4441 W. Washington Blvd., Chicago, as arrested for driving with a suspended license and having no valid insurance after police stopped her for not having headlights or taillights displayed at 11:42 p.m. Nov. 11 in the 200 block of East Ogden Avenue. She was charged and released to appear in court.

Deceptive practice reported

A resident of the 600 block of Phillippa Street sent a substantial amount of money Oct. 29 to a person claiming to be with the Drug Enforcement Agency in order to secure his identity after being told he was being investigated for drug trafficking and money laundering. The victim discovered the transaction was fraudulent and reported it to police Nov. 10.

Arrests do not constitute conviction of a crime, and individuals listed here should be presumed innocent until proven guilty.
