Hinsdale police distributed the following reports Aug. 17.

Identity theft reported

Debit card information belonging to a resident of the 900 block of Cleveland Road was used to make fraudulent charges between June 1 and Aug. 5.

DUI arrests

• Victor Hernandez Santiago, 28, 1035 Chestnut St,, Waukegan, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding at 11:25 p.m. Aug. 13 in the 600 block of West Ogden Avenue. He was charged and released to appear in court.

• Brittany N, Mitchell, 22, 1534 N. Central Ave,, Chicago, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol content above .08 and improper lighting at 2:25 a.m. Aug. 14 in the 500 block of West Ogden Avenue. She was charged and released to appear in court.

Arrests do not constitute conviction of a crime, and individuals listed here should be presumed innocent until proven guilty.
