Burdi in Hinsdale was once again the scene of "toys" of all sizes and shapes Saturday morning. Collecting for the Marine Corps Toys for Tots program, more than 800 news toys and more than $3,500 was dropped off at the store. On the streets the toys carried a much higher price tag, with a compliment of Ferraris, Porsches and Lamborghinis filling the block, as well as much of the Washington Street parking lot. The McLaren Speedtail with a price tag north of $2 million and a top speed in excess of 200 mph, parked in front of the store, more than likely made everyone's wish list for Christmas.
