Hinsdale police distributed the following reports May 30.

DUI arrest

Jazmin Esmerelda Rendon, 32, 9313 S. 81st St., Hickory Hills, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, improper stopping and improper lane use at 1:36 a.m. May 26 in the 300 block of East Ogden Avenue. She was charged and released to appear in court.

Domestic battery arrest

A 29-year-old Hinsdale man was arrested for domestic batter and interfering with the reporting of domestic violence May 29 after making contact of an insulting or provoking nature with a family member and taking the victim’s cell phone. He was charged and taken to DuPage County Jail.

Warrant arrest

Ryan J. Cooper, 22, 192 E. South St., Elmhurst, was arrested on an active warrant, speeding and failure to signal when required at 10:15 p.m. May 25 at Vine Street and Ayres Avenue. He was cited for the traffic violations and posted bond on the warrant before being released to appear in court.

License arrest

Hugo C. Caal, 22, 2850 S. Harding Ave., Chicago, was arrested for driving without a valid license, driving with suspended registration, driving an uninsured vehicle and speeding at 3:58 p.m. May 28 at 47th Street and County Line Road. He was charged and released to appear in court.

Theft reported

A resident of the 100 block of South Stough Street reported that a suspect was attempting to remove a greenhouse from his backyard at 1:45 p.m. May 26.

House vandalized

Someone threw eggs at a home in the 500 block of West Fourth Street between 10 p.m. and midnight May 26.
