The Hinsdale Community Swimming Pool will run on an abbreviated schedule until regular hours begin Saturday, June 10.
The pool is open for lap swim only today and tomorrow, June 1 and 2, from 10 to 11:30 a.m.
The pool will offer open swim and lap swim June 3-9. Hours are 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. for the baby pool and 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. for the whole facility on Saturday and Sunday, June 3 and 4. The whole facility will be open from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday to Friday, June 5-9. Lap swim will be from 10 to 11:30 a.m. over the weekend and 5:45 to 9:15 a.m. weekdays.
Regular open swim hours, which run from June 10-Aug. 20, are 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Sunday, with the baby pool only open from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Saturdays and Sundays. Lap swim is offered from 5:45 to 9:15 a.m. weekdays and 10 to 11:30 a.m. weekends.
The pool will be closed on the following dates for swim meets.
• June 15 — closes at 5 p.m.
• June 17 — lap swim and baby pool open an hour late at 10:30 a.m.
• June 20 — closes at 5 p.m.
• June 23-25 — closed all day
• June 27 — closes at 5 p.m.
• July 6 — closes at 5 p.m.
• July 8 — lap swim and baby pool open an hour late at 10:30 a.m.
• July 15 — closed all day (tentative)
Daily admission is $10, $7 for seniors and $8 after 5 p.m. Ten-visit passes sell for $90. Memberships for families, individuals, seniors and nannies (must be purchased with family membership) also are available.
