Hinsdale police distributed the following reports Dec. 20.

Driver arrested for pointing gun

Jose Rojas, 28, 5115 W. 23rd St., Cicero, was arrested for felony aggravated unlawful use of a loaded weapon with no FCCA or FOID card, felony aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, felony defacing identification marks on a firearm, driving with a suspended license and failure to yield to emergency vehicles at 4:15 p.m. Dec. 19 at Route 83 and 16th Street after police responded to a report that the suspect pointed a gun at the victim while they were traveling in separate vehicles. After he was stopped, the suspect was found in possession of a loaded pistol with a defaced serial number. He was charged and taken to DuPage County Jail.

DUI arrests

• Andrew J. Lee, 45, 4485 Central Ave., No. 1, Western Springs, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol content higher than .08, improper lane use, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and disobeying a stop sign at 7:12 a.m. Dec. 15 in the 400 block of East Chicago Avenue after police responded to a property damage crash involving two vehicles. He charged and released to appear in court.

• Cheron H. Hughes, 42, 9S110 S. Frontage Road, Willowbrook, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane use and failure to yield to emergency vehicles at 8:53 p.m. Dec. 13 at Ogden Avenue and Route 83. The suspect, who also had an active arrest warrant out of DuPage County. was charged and released to appear in court. He also posted bond on the arrest warrant and was issued a court date.

• Peter A. Criado, 30, 4228 Leland Ave., Lyons, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol content higher than .08, unlawful possession of cannabis by driver, speeding, improper lighting, improper lane use and failure to signal when required at 12:59 a.m. Dec. 17 at Ogden and Franklin avenues. He was charged and released to appear in court.

• Roman O. Wisniewski, 42, 102051 S. Mulberry Lane, Bridgeview, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding at 2:14 a.m. Dec. 17 in the 400 block of West Ogden Avenue. He was charged and released to appear in court.

Shoes stolen from store

Designer shoes were stolen from Kelsey’s Resale Boutique, 49 S. Washington St., at 12:38 p.m. Dec. 18.
