Hinsdale police distributed the following reports Feb. 16.

Motorists arrested for DUI

• Kathryn A. Kern, 59, 701 Gamble Drive, Lisle, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane use and operating a motor vehicle while using an electronic communication device at 12:02 a.m. Feb. 12 in the 200 block of West 55th Street. She was charged and released to appear in court.

• Elizabeth A. Cahall, 38, 1435 Bayshore Drive, Cocoa Beach, Fla., was arrested for driving under the influence of an intoxicating compound, driving with a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and transportation or possession of open alcohol by driver after her vehicle struck a curb at 8:08 p.m. Feb. 12 at Ogden Avenue and Madison Street. She was in possession of a suspected controlled substance in pill form and a white powdery substance in clear baggies. An open container of vodka was located in her purse. She was charged and released to appear in court. Additional charges are pending the results of the lab report.

• Litoria L. Yates, 36, 1451 Richmond Lane, Algonquin, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, transportation or possession of open alcohol by a driver and operating an uninsured motor vehicle at midnight Feb. 15, after she was found parked on the side of the road asleep at the wheel at Interstate 294 and Ogden Avenue. She was charged and released to appear in court.

Fraudulent withdrawal reported

A fraudulent withdrawal was made against the bank account of a resident of the 300 block of the East Fourth Street on Feb. 1. The incident was reported Feb. 14.

Arrests do not constitute conviction of a crime, and individuals listed here should be presumed innocent until proven guilty.
