Hinsdale police distributed the following reports Nov. 24.

Arrest for suspended license

Jacquelyn R. Kozlov, 31, 98 Quail Hollow Court, Naperville, was arrested for driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle with a suspended registration at 7:45 a.m. Nov. 20 at 55th and Monroe streets. She was charged and released to appear in court.

Nurse scratched at hospital

A suspect scratched a registered nurse on her arms and broke her skin while she was performing her duties at 6:28 p.m. Nov. 22 at Amita Hinsdale Hospital, 120 N. Oak St.

Suspected drug possession

A suspect was found in possession of a suspected controlled substance in pill form after police were dispatched to a well-being check at 10:53 a.m. Nov. 22 at Hinsdale Avenue and Clay Street. Charges are pending lab results.

Political sign stolen

A political sign was taken from a yard in the 400 block of Fuller Road between 4:45 p.m. Nov. 22 and 6:47 a.m. Nov. 23.

Personal checks forged

Three personal checks using the information of a resident in the 10 block of Spinning Wheel Road were forged between Oct. 26 and Nov. 21.

Credit card fraud reports

• Information belonging to a resident in the 5600 block of South Oak Street was used to apply for a credit loan at 4:26 p.m. Nov. 17.

• Credit card information belonging to a resident in the 300 block of South Vine Street was used to purchase $2,000 designer shoes at 3:10 p.m. Nov. 17.

• A female suspect used someone else’s credit card to pay for services totaling $60 and a $21.59 collar Nov. 18 at The Velvet Touch, 110 W. Chestnut St.

False unemployment claims filed

Eighteen residents reported someone had filed an unemployment claim using their personal information between Nov. 17 and 23.

Identity theft reported

Information belonging to a resident of the 200 block of East First Street was used to open a fraudulent bank account at 9:46 a.m. Nov. 20.
