Cricket is a stunning and tiny girl who at 3 years old finds herself in need of a new home. She weighs just 4.8 pounds and has a brain condition called cerebellar hypoplasia that results in walking or moving motions that can be jerky or uncoordinated. Cricket will need to be kept indoors to keep her safe, but other than that, she has no special needs and lives a very happy, healthy life. She is an adorable lap kitty who loves to cuddle and purr. Come meet Cricket and all of the other pets at the Hinsdale Humane Society Tuthill Family Pet Rescue & Resource Center at 21 Salt Creek Lane. The shelter is open from 2 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, noon to 6 p.m. Wednesday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays. For more information, call (630) 323-5630 or visit hinsdalehumanesociety.org. (photo provided)
