Between varsity games Sunday afternoon, Falcon Football players and cheerleaders released balloons to honor the memory of Mark Koschik of Clarendon Hills. Koschik, 47, the father of three, died Sept. 29 at Hinsdale Central High School while coaching his son's varsity gold team. A moment of silence was observed before each game over the weekend and will be repeated at home games for the rest of the season. Another photo from the balloon release appears on our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/the hinsdalean.
