Ian Matthew Wells, 19, of Oak Brook died Aug. 1, 2019.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, John Steindl; and his aunt, Elizabeth Rickards.
He is survived by his parents, Andrew L. and Rebecca T. Wells, nee Steindl; his siblings, Jack and Georgia Wells; his grandparents, Phyllis Steindl and Gary and Anita Wells; his aunts and uncles, Amy and C. Bradley Schubert, Lisa Small, Libby Wells, Tina and Andy DePalma and Dave and Nicole Rickards; his cousins, Carly and Allie Rickards, Shelby, Lizzy, and Jim Small, Justin DePalma and Luke (Alin), Johnny and Rachel Schubert.
Visitation is from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 10, at Christ Church of Oak Brook, 501 Oak Brook Road.
A funeral service will follow at the church at noon.
Interment is at Clarendon Hills Cemetery in Darien.
