Members of Redeemer Church, Union Church and the Unitarian Church of Hinsdale hosed a community wide recycle and shred event Saturday morning. Monday's eclipse provided some a real time astronomy lesson to students across the village. Emily Bugaj and the rest of the Oak School fifth-graders traveled to their sister school Drexel Elementary in Cicero on March 21.
