The Hinsdale Village Board seems agreeable to trade in the parking meters in the downtown business district for zoned parking that would allow people to park for three hours a day anywhere in the zone. Shoppers or diners who needed to spend more time in the downtown could park in the lots off Garfield Avenue or Washington Street or in the parking deck.
