Foster
Elizabeth H.
Foster, nee Williams, a longtime Hinsdale resident, died at
Adventist Hinsdale Hospital Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2008.
Mrs. Foster, 89, was born July 28, 1919, in Chicago. She was
preceded in death by her husband, James P. Foster; and her
brother and sister-in-law John and Margaret Williams.
She is survived by her children, Patrice (Bruce) Tobias, Betsy
(Kevin) Campion, James and Frances (David) Hughes; her
grandchildren, Kevin (Catherine) and Patrick Campion, Erin
(Josh) Boyce, Patrick Tobias and Meaghan (Ryan) Evans; her
great-grandchildren, Liam and Nora; and her sister, Rosemary
(Tom) Yancey.
Visitation will be held from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 14, at
Gibbons Elliston Funeral Home, First and Grant streets,
Hinsdale.
Family and friends will meet again for visitation from 9:30 until
Mass at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 15, at St. Isaac Jogues
Church, Fourth and Clay streets.
Internment will be at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Hillside.
