— Hinsdale Police Chief Brad Bloom, officer Mark Keller, Sgt. Erik Bernholdt, officer Grant McElroy, Deputy Chief Mark Wodka and officer Mike Coughlin accepted the ALS ice bucket challenge Wednesday morning. Deal on teachers contract remains elusive as classes in D86 resume
  
  As Hinsdale High School District 86 students prepare for the start of classes tomorrow, the school board and the district’s teachers union have yet to complete their assignment to reach agreement on a new labor contract.
    At Monday’s board meeting at Hinsdale South High School, concerned students and parents expressed their disapproval of the board’s handling of negotiations with the Hinsdale High School Teachers (more)
